Honey is used instead of grapes and unlike other wines, honey wine does not have the alcoholic after-taste. We have two brands, Traditional and Orange. It's a dessert wine that many serve with spicy foods. Others use it for cooking or as a health drink. it doesn't have the sulfites or preservatives that other wines have. They use a unique form of hops called Gesho, an herb from Ethiopia. It's 12 percent alcohol, but it's a natural wine. Enjoy it! You will love the natural taste.
